Memory Verse: "Hast thou not known? Hast not thou heard, that the everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? There is no searching of his understanding" (Isaiah 40:28)
Lesson AIM: By the end of the lesson, students will: DISTINGUISH: God's power to control and effect change with human inability to do the same. REFLECT: on the poetic imagery the writer uses to witness to God's sovereign power and personal presence with people. EMBRACE: God's sovereignty and ablity to address people's situations and needs.
